The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in effect at the time the order is placed. These General Conditions aim to regulate the purchase of products and services made available on the Site in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts (Legislative Decree 70/2003).

The prices of the various Products as well as their descriptions and characteristics are shown on the page related to each Category and in detail on the page of each Product. To purchase the Products, the Customer must add the Product to the “Cart” and then complete and submit the order form electronically, entering the billing and shipping data following the instructions on the Site. After reviewing and accepting, by selecting a specific field, the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the Customer must select the desired payment method and confirm the order. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this site, the Privacy Policy is also accepted. Once an order is submitted, the customer will see an Order Confirmation page. This order confirmation constitutes a contractual proposal, and with it, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have reviewed all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept these General Conditions and terms of payment. The contract concluded between Metro sas (Pronta Pizza) and the Customer is considered finalized with the acceptance of the order by Pronta Pizza. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an Order Confirmation email to the address provided by the customer during registration and/or order completion.

 

The prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros, the only currency accepted by Metro sas. The applicable prices for the ordered products are those listed on this site at the date of order transmission. These prices are exclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are not included.

 

Metro sas reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order in case of an obvious error in the calculation system or data. Metro sas ships exclusively within Italy; therefore, any order with a foreign destination will not be accepted by the system and, in any case, will not be processed. Any payment received will be refunded to the customer, net of collection and subsequent sending expenses incurred. In case of exceptions for foreign shipments, Metro sas will evaluate the rates always defined based on the order size and delivery method. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance or partial fulfillment of an order, is excluded.

 

The visual and photographic representations of the products on the site are solely for illustrative purposes. It is understood that the photographic image of the products is for presentation purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color and/or size. In case of a discrepancy between the image and the written product description, the product description on the product sheet shall prevail.

 

Metro sas promotes responsible commerce and excludes any liability on its part in case of purchase made by individuals under the age of 16.

 

Sizes and Weights of purchased products.

The products made and sold by Pronta Pizza are handcrafted, and therefore the net weight of each product may vary from the weight indicated on the product sheet. To offer quality service to our customers, Metro sas commits to producing slightly larger portions than those listed on the website, ensuring that the product delivered will have a weight equal to or greater than the one indicated on the product sheet. Metro sas guarantees that products identical to those indicated and described on the site will be delivered and that all norms regarding the preservation of products until delivery to the indicated location in the order will be respected. The manufacturer is responsible for all the products sold. In the case of packaged products, Metro sas is also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on the site and packaging are provided to the Customer to facilitate product recognition; due to variations in packaging, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.

 

Customer Obligations:

 

The customer declares to be a natural or legal person who intends to resell the goods and not for final consumption. It is strictly prohibited for the customer to enter false data during the registration procedure; personal data and email must be exclusively the customer's real personal data or that of the business.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

The sales contract between the Customer and Metro sas is considered concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of Bolzano.
